Hi all,
While we are working on the venue for the main event, we have secured Maplewood Golf Course as the venue for our Golf Event on Sunday, September 20th. Sunday should allow most that have a work conflict to participate if they wish. Pricing will be $59/person, including cart. Registration will open at a later date, so stay tuned for more info to be posted about this event.... Prizes, drawings, coffee/brunch before, lunch during, or drinks/meal after so non-golfers can join in the fun, too. It's a nice transition from the picnic day we've had at past reunions and spouses and guests are welcome!

Update and Happy Holiday Time!
Just a quick update. The committee has met a few times and plans are coming together. We have a fun event in the works. The venue for the main event has been narrowed down to two choices and we are just waiting for a little more information to make it final. And of course some golf is being scheduled to reunite those of you golfers. Stay tuned-

Welcome and an Initial Update
Welcome! Can you believe next summer will be 30 years since we graduated from Renton High School? Can you believe it will be 2015 in less than four months? Crazy!
Just a brief initial update:
The reunion committee held their first meeting this past Tuesday, September 9th. They bounced around venues and have a good list (and some personal contacts) to gather info from and will report back.
Dates have also been considered. With many people having summer vacation conflicts, the group is leaning toward September 18-19, 2015. While there will never be a perfect date for everyone, hopefully many, many of you will be able to make it.
The committee currently has 16 members, which is great and will give some varying thoughts and ideas to the planning process. If anyone is interested in attending a meeting or would like to join the committee, please leave a comment below or email the committee at rhsclassof85info@gmail.com and we'll get you in touch with them.
What you can do:
The committee's primary goal and the number one thing on the to-do list is to reach as many classmates as humanly possible. There are a lot of folks on Facebook, but many others who are not. If you know someone else from our class that is not on FB, or that we might not have contact info for, please either forward their info to us at rhsclassof85info@gmail.com, or direct them to this page so they can stay up to date!
